Shipping

We ship worldwide within 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Standard delivery typically arrives in 7–12 business days. Express options are offered at checkout where available.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at wholesale@theaveline.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending items back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Swimwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
